Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use Writopin, how plans and payments work, and what to expect from the service.

Who provides Writopin?
Writopin is developed and managed by WRITOVA LTD. Its registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. These terms are between you and WRITOVA LTD when you create an account or use Writopin.
Your account and workspace
Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for choosing who can access a workspace you own. If you invite others, make sure they should have access to that workspace.
Content you add
You keep your rights to the text, images, videos and other material you add. You give WRITOVA LTD and the service providers it uses permission to store and process that material only to provide, protect and support the features you choose. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish your material.
Writopin software and templates
WRITOVA LTD owns Writopin, its software, brand and material it provides, except where another owner’s rights apply. We give you a personal, limited right to use Writopin for its intended purpose while you follow these terms. Do not copy, resell or interfere with the service, or try to access its code or systems without permission, unless the law allows it.
Using Writopin responsibly
Do not use Writopin to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send spam, harm someone, interfere with the service or gain access to an account or system without permission. Follow Pinterest’s rules and any laws that apply to the Pins you create and publish.
AI drafts and templates
AI-generated text or images may be wrong, incomplete or similar to material made for someone else. Writopin does not promise that AI output is accurate, unique or free of rights issues. Review and edit each Pin, check the rights to images and other material, and make sure the final Pin is suitable before you publish it.
Pinterest and other services
You choose whether to connect Pinterest and approve the permissions shown on Pinterest’s screen. Writopin publishes only after you approve the Pin and confirm the publishing details. Pinterest, Stripe, Google and AI providers are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Writopin is not affiliated with Pinterest, and we cannot control changes to another provider’s service or rules.
Plans and recurring payments
The plan, price, billing period and included limits are shown before you confirm a purchase. Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. Stripe processes payments; Writopin does not receive your full card number. Your subscription and invoices are available under Settings → Billing.
Changing or cancelling a plan
An upgrade takes effect straight away and may charge the adjusted amount for the time left in your billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; the paid plan normally remains available until that period ends. Deleting your Writopin account cancels an active subscription immediately. Some consumer purchases also have a legal cooling-off or refund right. Cancelling a plan does not remove a right the law gives you. Contact us to use a legal right or report a billing problem.
Service availability and results
We work to keep Writopin available, but the service may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We do not promise that Pinterest will accept or keep a Pin, or that a Pin will receive traffic, saves, clicks or sales.
Account closure and access
You can stop using Writopin and request account deletion from Settings → Profile & security. You may need to cancel scheduled Pins or resolve shared-workspace access first. We may restrict or close an account if it seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, creates a security risk or must be closed by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Responsibility under the law
We provide the service subject to the consumer and other legal protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit. If you have a problem with Writopin, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Your legal rights
If you use Writopin as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to use the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the current version here and update the date above. If a change needs your agreement or advance notice by law, we will provide it before the change takes effect.
