Questions, answered
Yes. Free is the default plan and does not require a payment card. Its configured allowances appear in the comparison table and come from the public plan catalog. No payment details are collected for Free.
A completed generated design uses a design credit. The generator shows the number of designs requested before it starts. A blank design in Scratch does not use a design credit. AI photos use a separate monthly allowance when you select them.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and do not reach Writopin. Monthly and annual prices are shown when the catalog provides them. You can view your subscription and make plan changes from Settings → Billing. Prices and limits come from the public plan catalog.
Yes. The current billing terms allow you to request a plan change or cancellation from Settings → Billing. Upgrades start immediately and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Billing settings show when the requested change takes effect.
No plan bypasses review. Generated Pins remain drafts until you approve them and confirm their board and schedule or choose direct publishing. Paid plans change allowances and limits; they do not change the approval step. This approval flow applies to Free and paid plans.
